G+1 Residential Structure at Kamperland, Netherlands

For this G+1 Residential construction in Kamperland, the Netherlands, StructCAD Design & Engineering delivered a turnkey LGS system.

The initial stage of the project involved creating structural calculations in accordance with the Euro Codes and the Dutch National Annex. The Vertex model was created by our designers based on input from our engineers after the calculations were authorised by regional authorities. After the final draught was accepted and the model and drawings were given to the architect, the steel was produced in India and shipped to the Netherlands.

The building had a complex roof system that was subjected to heavy snow and wind loads. Erection had to be planned and carried out because of the site conditions in the area. With a total built area of 2500 sqft, the steel was assembled and erected on site with in 2 weeks of time.
